At Soin Esthetic Association, we strive to bring joy, satisfaction and real beauty to people.

Real beauty means the elegance with which everyone was born. The work of an esthetician is to bring out and polish the inner elegance of a client from his or her whole body, including chest, waist, back, neck and face. If an esthetician does not possess a refined sense of elegance, he or she cannot find out the potential from the clients. When we talk about elegance, we mean a cultured temperament, courteousness, tolerance, passion, grace, sensibility, charm, sophisticated beauty from within - well-balanced but not flamboyant - and a healthy body and mind. Elegance comes in many layers.

Estheticians have to find out the multilayered complexities in the clients and turn them into sources of elegance.

At Soin, we strive to provide continuous support and training to estheticians by creating a constructive environment, and to promote the healthy development of the esthetics industry. It is our hope that estheticians can bring better services to clients while being proud of their profession.

At Soin, we aim at establishing and raising the status of the esthetics industry. We also strive to promote a healthy environment in which customers can patronize beauty salons with certified and well-trained professionals, excellent hygiene control and compliance to regulations.

As a professional who is responsible for taking care of our client's body and mind, an esthetician has to possess the necessary skills, knowledge and service etiquette. At Soin, we provide a platform for continuous education and professional exchange for our members and support their goal towards professional excellence and personal growth through lifelong learning.

1.	We work towards creating a unified professional certification system for estheticians.
2.	We work towards increasing the number of AJE and AEA-certified estheticians whom our customers can trust.
3.	We organize preparation courses for our members so that they can attempt higher levels of certification.
4.	We provide a platform for continuous education, personal growth and professional exchange and support our members so that they can thrive as a well-nurtured person and devote themselves to a profession they can be proud of.
5.	We provide a certification framework for preventive care estheticians as part of our efforts to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
6.	We train certified instructors who can provide high quality esthetics education.
7.	We organize volunteer activities at elderly homes.
